The terms and conditions that you must read before booking a ride with us.

Booking

  • The moment you book, you agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
  • Prices are only as per our fares on our website.
  • The booking is confirmed after you get confirmation from us via email or through phone call.
  • If you change the drop-off location during the journey, you will have to pay extra.
  • Dates and holidays like Christmas have higher rates than usual day fare.
  • Fleet might be changed if there is any technical issue at the last moment like a car breakdown or any fault.
  • We only cater to the reservations made via website or call, no third-party website is taking our bookings.

Waiting Time

  • The 30-minute wait time.
  • The time exceeding this would be charged to passengers.

Dashboard Camera:

  • The dashboard camera is installed for the safety of our passengers but the microphone is not enabled for the privacy of our passengers. But you can always ask us to turn off the dashboard camera for your ride.

Penalties

  • Any penalties due to customers will be charged to customers.

At Westway Chauffeurs are team is not responsible for any:

  • Delays due to harsh weather conditions or any unusual event.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during the journey.
  • The belonging left in the car is not our responsibility.

Refund Policy

At Westway Chauffeur, our refund policy is fair and transparent, reflecting our commitment to providing a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Cancellation Process

  • Enjoy the benefit of free cancellation by canceling the ride at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • To cancel the ride, simply contact us via our website or phone numbers and provide all the relevant booking details.
  • Our customer support team will confirm the cancellation via email after receiving your cancellation request.

Refund Policy

  • To receive a full refund, cancel the ride at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • If cancellations are made in less than 2 hours before the pickup time, no refund will be granted.
  • Customers who failed to arrive at the scheduled pick up time are not eligible for a refund.

  • At Westway Chauffeur, we have the authority to modify or change the policy anytime.
